By using the Freeform UI marketplace, you agree to these terms along with our Privacy Policy. These terms cover your use of the marketplace and the licenses that apply to templates you purchase.

Freeform UI operates a digital marketplace where developers and designers can purchase premium website templates. By accessing or using the marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make purchases, and download templates from Freeform UI.
These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Freeform UI marketplace.
When you purchase a template from Freeform UI, you are granted a license to use that template under the license terms specified on the template's detail page. You do not own the template outright; you are purchasing a license to use it.
Typical licenses for Freeform UI templates allow you to use the template in both commercial and personal projects. You may modify the template to suit your needs.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a template's license, the following are not permitted: redistributing the template source code, reselling or re-licensing the template, or using the template in a template marketplace or similar collection.
You are responsible for reviewing the license terms of each template before purchasing. If a template's license is unclear, contact us before buying.
License grants are tied to your Freeform UI account. If you transfer or sell your account, you must ensure the recipient understands and agrees to these license terms.
All template prices are listed in the template's currency and represent a one-time purchase unless the template page explicitly states otherwise.
Prices may change at any time. Once you complete a purchase at a given price, that price is locked in for your license.
Upon successful payment confirmation, an entitlement is granted to your account and the template becomes available for download from your account dashboard.
We accept payments through Polar. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your card details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.
You must not share your account credentials with anyone else. Each person who wishes to purchase templates should create their own account.
We may suspend or revoke account access if we determine that your activity violates these terms, including fraudulent transactions, abuse of the download system, or violation of template license terms.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@freeformui.dev.
Download links for purchased templates are available from your account dashboard. Links may expire after a period of inactivity, but your entitlements remain associated with your account.
You may re-download templates you have purchased at any time, provided your entitlements are active and the template is still listed in the marketplace.
We do not guarantee the availability of historical template versions. If a template is updated, the new version may replace the previous one.
Template files are provided for download as ZIP archives containing the template source code and any included assets.
Refunds for template purchases may be available at our discretion. Please contact support@freeformui.dev to request a refund.
Refund decisions will consider factors such as the time since purchase, whether the template was downloaded, and the reason for the refund request.
Once a refund is issued, the associated download entitlement is revoked and the template will no longer be available for download from your account.
Templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Freeform UI is not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the templates, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or errors in template functionality.
You are solely responsible for determining whether a template is suitable for your use case and for any modifications you make to the template.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our marketplace, legal requirements, or business practices.
Material changes will be announced on the Freeform UI marketplace. The updated terms take effect on the date shown at the bottom of this page.
Your continued use of the marketplace after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the marketplace.
